Afra is a Software Engineer working on the IAM team based in our office in Colombo.
Prior to joining WSO2, Afra was a Trainee Machine Learning Engineer at ConscientAI Labs, where she was responsible for full-stack development in a voice-based mobile diary for farmers and performed a range of computer vision-based research and development tasks.
Afra has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. In her final project, she developed a multi-label prototype based interpretable machine learning model to identify melanoma.
In her spare time, Afra enjoys driving, baking, and painting.
